How do I return a product?

You can find a sample withdrawal form here as a PDF download:

If you don't have a printer available, please copy the content of the withdrawal form, fill in the marked fields and send the text by e-mail to [email protected].

Please pack the goods carefully and send them back to us – preferably in the original box. Include the completed return form and the withdrawal form with your return shipment.

Where can I get the return label for returns to Butch?

You can easily register your return via our online return form.

If you have a customer account, you can register your return directly in your order overview. The online return form is of course also available via the link above.

After submitting the return registration, you will receive the return label as a PDF or QR code. We will also send both to you separately by e-mail, so that you can show the QR code at the DHL drop-off point.

The return form may only be used for orders placed in the Butch online shop.

Returns from orders placed through other online shops or platforms via this form are not permitted. Unauthorized use may result in chargebacks and processing fees.

Who bears the cost of the return shipment?

Via the link to our online return form, we offer you a paid return shipment within Germany.

A flat fee of €3.95 only applies when using our return label (scan of the label on-site or by the DHL driver). This amount will be automatically deducted from the refund for the returned items once we receive your return. You do not need to pay anything when dropping off the package at DHL.

If you return the goods using another shipping provider, you bear the return costs charged by your chosen carrier.

What is the return period?

Butch grants you an additional 16 days on top of the legally required 14-day withdrawal period, resulting in a total return period of 30 days.

Will I receive confirmation that my return has been received?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation from Butch once your return has arrived and been registered. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us by phone at +49 9238 9909790 or by e-mail at [email protected].

How will I receive my refund?

We will use the same payment method you chose for your purchase to process your refund. If you paid in advance (bank transfer), please provide your bank details in the corresponding section on the return form.
