  • Protect your grinder from steam when seasoning. This will prevent it from getting stuck.
  • Avoid filling it completely. After a certain amount of time, spices and herbs lose their essential oils and flavors.
  • A funnel makes filling it easier.
  • Cleaning is a breeze. Simply wipe the container with a damp cloth. To clean the grinder, add uncooked rice to your mill and grind it. This will absorb fats and moisture and leave behind residues of spices and herbs.
