With this voucher, you give away more than just a small thank you. We offer you a variety of possible value vouchers and designs.
Butch.de vouchers offer numerous customization options
Either choose your suitable design from the various design templates that best suits the recipient or occasion, or upload your own design image. Leave a greeting to convey your personal congratulations directly in the voucher image. You have the choice of whether you want to have the voucher sent to you beforehand to print it out yourself as a PDF file or alternatively to send the voucher directly to the recipient by email - also on a desired date on which the recipient should receive the voucher.
The voucher is immediately active for the recipient in any case. He can immediately look around and shop in the Butch shop. However, shipping of the ordered items via this voucher is only possible once the voucher you purchased is also paid for. Goes without saying, right?
Upload your own design
Personal photos of the giver, friends, family members, or the recipient themselves are very popular.
You have 3 different formats available:
Top (600x190 pixels)
Vertical left (250x365 pixels)
Centered (600x365 pixels)
We recommend that you adhere to the specified dimensions (pixels) exactly, otherwise your uploaded photo will be displayed distorted. Click "Send voucher to a friend" to add a greeting message. Don't forget to specify the delivery date.
How do I get the voucher?
Select your suitable voucher and put it in the shopping cart. After completing the order, we will send the voucher to the email address you provided during the ordering process with all necessary voucher data - including the personal voucher code. This email contains a PDF in the attachment, which you can alternatively print out or forward. If you want to send your voucher directly to a recipient, please tick "Send the voucher to a friend" before you put the voucher in the shopping cart in the shop. When purchasing a voucher, the voucher code is immediately ready for redemption. However, the goods purchased with the voucher will only be sent after payment of the voucher.
How do I redeem the voucher?
The voucher code can only be redeemed online in the shopping cart. It is important that the value deduction actually takes place in the shopping cart. The voucher cannot be redeemed retrospectively in the ordering process. Alternatively, the voucher can of course also be redeemed during a visit to our Düsseldorf store.
Assigning the voucher to an account as credit
It is also possible to assign the credit of the voucher to your account, so that you only have to retrieve it for your next order. If you want to assign the credit to your account for a later purchase, simply open your user account here and add the voucher code via the "Add value voucher" button. The Butch voucher is valid without time limit until you have used up the credit.
Conditions
Please note that the voucher cannot be paid out. In case of a return of the ordered items such as pots, pans or kitchen helpers, which were purchased with the voucher, the corresponding value will of course be credited back to you by Butch, so that you can use the credit for your next order.
