The collection is named after the beautiful city in the northwest of France, with the mills from the Paris collection serving as the design inspiration. Proven design combined with a new material for Peugeot in development.

The transparent body offers an interesting view of the patented Peugeot grinding mechanism made of corrosion-resistant steel inside. The details of the grinding mechanisms, specially adapted to the grinding material, are clearly visible:
- the two-stage pepper grinding mechanism, which first cuts and then grinds the peppercorns
- the salt grinding mechanism, which grinds dry salt crystals into a fine powder. Chambers individually transport the crystals to the grinding mechanism for consistent grinding results

In the Nancy collection, you will find pepper and salt mills in different sizes. Additionally, a sea salt mill with a ceramic grinding mechanism is offered, which is specially developed for moist sea salt.
