Peugeot Tahiti Duo Pepper & Salt Mill 20 cm Beech Wood Black & White Matte - Steel Grinder

Manual Peugeot pepper & salt mill set from the Tahiti series with a body made of lacquered beech wood (Black for pepper / White for salt) and a height of 20 cm.

The pepper mill is equipped with the classic grinding mechanism made of hardened steel and a two-stage technology. Peppercorns are first pre-cut by a helix-shaped double row, then ground. This process ensures a perfect grinding result and releases all the aromas of the pepper.

The salt mill is equipped with the classic grinding mechanism made of stainless steel specially protected against corrosion. The shape is specially adapted to reduce salt crystals to a fine powder. Please note that this mill should only be used for dry salt. For salt with a high residual moisture, such as most sea salts, special salt mills with a ceramic grinding mechanism are necessary.

The grinding degree is continuously adjustable via the top screw. If the top screw is tightened strongly, the grinding result is fine. The looser the screw, the coarser the grinding result.

All Peugeot mills are delivered already half-filled, as no mill leaves the factory in France without prior functional testing. Refilling is very easy by unscrewing the top head.
