Mit der triangle Spicknadel mit Klappe kannst du mageres Fleisch mühelos mit Speckstreifen spicken, um es saftiger zu machen und ihm zusätzliches Aroma zu verleihen. Besonders bei Bratenstücken wie Wildrücken oder Rinderfilet verhindert das Spicken das Austrocknen während des Garens.
Die Handhabung ist denkbar einfach: Klemme den vorbereiteten Speckstreifen in die Klappe der Spicknadel, führe die Nadel durch das Fleisch und ziehe den Speckstreifen hindurch. So bleibt der Speck im Fleisch, während die Nadel für den nächsten Einsatz bereit ist.
Gefertigt aus hochwertigem, rostfreiem Edelstahl, ist die Spicknadel robust und langlebig. Zudem ist sie spülmaschinengeeignet, was die Reinigung erleichtert.
Mit einer Länge von 19,5 cm liegt die Nadel gut in der Hand und ermöglicht präzises Arbeiten. Ein unverzichtbares Werkzeug für alle, die Wert auf saftige und aromatische Braten legen.
