Double-sided usable cutting board from the Edge Grain Classic series made of maple edge grain wood, measuring 51 x 37 x 6 cm. Both sides of the board are completely smooth and fully usable. Two side grip grooves make it easier to turn and move the board. The surface is refined with Boos Blocks Cream Finish with beeswax. Edge grain boards are more resistant to cuts, as you cut into the fiber rather than against it. The boards regenerate more easily and are also intended for chopping, for example, bones.
