A true BBQ board! The reversible Prep Master medium cutting board made of edge-grain maple measures 46 x 46 x 6 cm. The wide, sloped juice groove running around the edge makes the Prep Master a true BBQ board. The slope directs juices released during carving into the stainless steel collection tray. The collection tray is reversible and sits in the cutout to catch scraps when you use the smooth side of the board for cutting. You can flip and carry the board using the integrated handle. The surface is treated with Boos Blocks Cream Finish with beeswax. Great stuff!
