Details

The de Buyer Bois spatula features a 17 x 7 cm lifting surface made of 1 mm thick stainless steel. The turner is roughly slotted to allow oil and liquids to drain quickly. The front edge is angled and slightly bent, making it easy to get under the food. The steel is slightly flexible, allowing it to adapt perfectly to the surface. The stainless steel is given an antique finish through a special surface treatment. Despite this antique appearance, the stainless steel is robust, resistant, and of course, rust-free. The antique look is rounded off with an oval handle made of solid beech wood, including a hanging loop. This allows you to hang the turner within reach on a wall rail with hooks.
