The de Buyer Bois spatula features a 17 x 7 cm lifting surface made of 1 mm thick stainless steel. The spatula is coarsely slotted to allow oil & liquids to drain quickly. The front edge is slanted and slightly angled, making it easy to slide under food. The steel is slightly flexible, allowing it to adapt optimally to the surface. A special surface treatment gives the stainless steel an antique finish. Despite this antique appearance, the stainless steel is robust, durable, and of course, rust-free. The antique look is complemented by an oval handle made of solid beech wood, including a hanging loop. This way, you can hang the spatula conveniently on a wall rail with hooks.
