With the de Buyer Choc Resto Induction Crêpes Pan, you can effortlessly make perfect crêpes and pancakes. The 30 cm large pan body is made of 5 mm thick aluminum, which ensures quick and even heat distribution. The 5-layer non-stick coating allows for low-fat frying and prevents the batter from sticking.
The riveted band steel handle is ergonomically shaped and remains pleasantly cool during cooking. Thanks to the magnetic steel plate at the bottom, the pan is suitable for all types of stoves, including induction. The special construction ensures optimal heat transfer and energy efficiency.
