With the de Buyer Choc Resto Induction crêpe pan, you can effortlessly make great crêpes and pancakes. The 30 cm pan body is made of 5 mm thick aluminum, which ensures fast and even heat distribution. The 5-layer nonstick coating allows for low-fat frying and prevents the batter from sticking.
The riveted flat steel handle is ergonomically shaped and stays comfortably cool during cooking. Thanks to the magnetic steel plate on the bottom, the pan is suitable for all stovetops, including induction. The special construction ensures efficient heat transfer.
To help the nonstick coating last a long time, we recommend washing the pan by hand and avoiding metal utensils. This preserves the quality of your crêpe pan so you can enjoy using it for a long time.
