De Buyer combines the robustness and hardness of Western knives with the sharpness of Asian knives in the Fibre Karbon 1 knife collection.
The 35.5 cm long chef's knife is perfect for most kitchen tasks. The kitchen knife is perfectly balanced for cutting herbs and vegetables, as well as for filleting fish and meat. It is lightweight and can be used by both left- and right-handed individuals.
The blade, made from a single piece of German X50CrMoV15 stainless steel, is paired with an ergonomic high-tech handle made from multiple layers of carbon fiber.
We recommend avoiding dishwasher cleaning and cleaning the chef's knife by hand.
