The fine-mesh stainless steel screen with 0.4 mm perforation allows you to strain liquids and purées particularly finely. Whether you are preparing fruit jellies, delicate sauces, or sorbets – this sieve will always deliver a perfect result.
Thanks to the welded stainless steel supports, the sieve is protected from damage, which further increases its longevity.
