Gefertigt aus robustem Edelstahl AISI 304, bietet es Langlebigkeit und Stabilität für den intensiven Einsatz beim Kochen und Backen.
Die feine Mikrolochung ermöglicht ein präzises Passieren von Saucen, Suppen oder Pürees, vergleichbar mit traditionellen Drahtgeflecht-Spitzsieben. Mit einem Innendurchmesser von 22,5 cm und einer Höhe von 22,5 cm eignet es sich ideal für die Zubereitung von Gelees, Fruchtcoulis oder feinen Cremes.
Dank der zwei verschweißten Haken lässt sich das Sieb sicher auf Töpfen oder Schüsseln platzieren, sodass du beide Hände frei hast. Der ergonomisch gestaltete, verschweißte Steilgriff mit Aufhängeöse sorgt für eine komfortable Handhabung und erleichtert die Aufbewahrung.
