If you are looking for a high-quality conical sieve for your kitchen, the de Buyer conical sieve with a 23 cm diameter and 0.8 mm micro-perforation is just the thing for you. Made of robust AISI 304 stainless steel, it offers durability and stability for intensive use in cooking and baking.
The fine micro-perforation allows precise straining of sauces, soups, or purées, comparable to traditional wire-mesh conical sieves. With an inner diameter of 22.5 cm and a height of 22.5 cm, it is ideal for preparing jellies, fruit coulis, or delicate creams.
Thanks to the two welded hooks, the sieve can be securely placed on pots or bowls, allowing you to keep both hands free.
