This three-piece set contains two high-quality sharpening wheels with grits of 3000 and 6000, specially developed for the HORL 3 rolling sharpener. After initial sharpening with the standard diamond wheel, these stones further refine your knife’s edge. Use them dry on the burr-free edge, starting with the coarser grit followed by the extra-fine one to achieve optimal results.

The final finish is provided by the strop made of genuine cowhide. It removes the finest sharpening residues and gives the blade a mirror-smooth surface that not only looks great but also improves cutting performance.

Please note that this premium set is compatible with all HORL 3 rolling sharpeners, but not with the HORL 3 Cruise or HORL 2 models.
