KAI Seki Magoroku Red Wood Utility Knife 15 cm - Carbon 1K6 Steel Blade - Pakkawood Handle

The Seki Magoroku Red Wood all-purpose knife has a 15 cm long blade made of rust-free carbon 1K6 stainless steel with a hardness of approximately 58 HRC. The polished blade has a symmetrical grind. Unlike a chef's knife, all-purpose knives have a thinner blade spine and a narrower blade. It is used for all cutting tasks that require a more delicate blade.

Traditionally designed in chestnut shape, the handle is made of pakkawood. High-quality resins added to the wood make the handle particularly durable and resistant to liquids. A black glossy plastic bolster connects the narrow, solid handle to the inserted blade. The lightweight handle creates a beautiful balance with the blade, allowing for effortless cutting.
