Details

The Nordklinge Vankka Pieni is a chef's knife with an 18 cm long blade made of Uddeholm STR carbon steel (hardness level 58 HRC). This version has an extra sharpening done at the Kubesch sharpening workshop in Fulda. Additionally, the blade has been satin-finished and polished. The handle is made of Karelian masur birch and is 13.7 cm long. Nordklinge knives are not rustproof.
