Details
The Nordklinge Vankka Pieni is a chef's knife with an 18 cm long blade made of Uddeholm STR carbon steel (hardness 58 HRC). This version has the slightly more convex original grind. The handle is made of Karelian curly birch and is 13.7 cm long. Nordklinge knives are not stainless.
