Details

The Nordklinge Vankka Suuri is a classic vegetable knife, similar to the Japanese Nakiri, with an 18 cm long blade made of Uddeholm STR carbon steel (hardness 58 HRC) and a wider blade. This version has an extra grind, which was done at the Kubesch sharpening workshop in Fulda. In addition, the forge skin was removed by sandblasting. The handle is made of Karelian masur birch and is 13.7 cm long. Nordklinge knives are not rustproof.
