Made from natural Eco-Ceram ceramic, the dish is characterized by excellent heat distribution. The glass-like enamel glaze not only provides an appealing appearance but also an abrasion and scratch-resistant surface that is easy to clean. Thanks to the high edges, the roasting juices are retained, leading to juicy and flavorful results.

The ergonomically designed handles make handling easy, even with oven mitts. With a temperature resistance from -20°C to +250°C, the dish is suitable for both the oven and the microwave. It is also dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended to ensure longevity.
