Made from natural Eco-Ceram ceramic, the dish is characterized by its excellent heat distribution. This ensures your tarts, quiches, or fruit pies are baked evenly and retain their juiciness. The glass-like enamel glaze not only provides an appealing appearance but is also particularly resistant to abrasion and scratches, keeping the dish beautiful and functional for a long time.

With a height of 3.5 cm and a capacity of 2.1 liters, the tart dish offers ample space for a variety of recipes. The wide handles make handling easier, while the high edges and rounded corners make filling and serving comfortable. The untreated outer base supports optimal heat absorption, contributing to an even baking result.

The dish is temperature resistant from -20°C to +250°C, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe. However, for a longer lifespan, hand washing is recommended.
