The body, made of matte black lacquered beech wood, gives the mill an elegant appearance, while the stainless steel base, head and crank provide stability and durability. With a height of 18 cm it sits comfortably in the hand and is easy to use.

The patented u'Select grinding mechanism made of hardened steel offers six preset grind levels that you can set at the base of the mill from fine (I) to coarse (IIIIII). This lets you adjust the grind exactly to your needs, whether for a delicate carpaccio or a hearty steak. Once set, the grind remains constant, even when refilling or during use.

The double-row spiral gearing of the grinder ensures that the peppercorns are first pre-cut and then ground evenly. The mill is suitable for peppercorns with a maximum diameter of 6 mm. Refilling is uncomplicated: simply unscrew the head screw and the plate, and you can refill the mill. A "P" on the silver head screw clearly identifies the pepper mill.
