Inside, the Zirlion grinding mechanism made of extremely durable zirconia ensures particularly fine, even grinding. Thanks to u’Select technology, you can flexibly adjust the grind in six settings – ideal for delicate dishes as well as robust meals.
A clever feature: the central shaft is omitted, which simplifies filling and provides more space for salt. The mill is suitable for dry salt crystals up to 6 mm – please do not use moist salt.
