Die Peugeot Mignonnette Salzmühle ist eine Neuauflage des historischen Mühlenmodells von 1874. Die 10 cm hohe Mühle aus versilbertem Metall greift die klassische Gestaltung des Originals auf und wird in Frankreich gefertigt. Die Oberfläche sollte regelmäßig mit einem Poliertuch oder einem geeigneten Pflegemittel für versilbertes Metall gepflegt werden.
Im Inneren arbeitet das innovative Zirlion-Mahlwerk von Peugeot, das für trockene Salzkristalle bis 6 mm ausgelegt ist und Mahlgrade von sehr fein bis grob ermöglicht. Die Einstellung erfolgt über die Kopfschraube. Gewürze sind nicht enthalten.
