Here's how it works: a metal claw presses the "nut" against the grinder. By turning the chamber, a sharp double blade grates the nutmeg into a fine powder. The patented grinder of the nutmeg mill is made of wear-resistant material. A special finish protects it from corrosion and dulling.
The remaining nutmeg can conveniently remain in the mill, as the transparent storage chamber is securely sealed with a magnetic closure.
