Peugeot Paris Antique Salt Mill 22 cm Beech Wood - Steel Grinding Mechanism

The Paris collection from the French manufacturer Peugeot is considered an icon of pepper and salt mills. A design that has proven itself for decades, characterized by its ergonomic design and easy operation.

Inside the mills is the patented Peugeot grinding mechanism made of corrosion-resistant steel. Specifically tailored to the grinding material, there are different mechanisms:
- the two-stage pepper grinding mechanism, which first cuts and then grinds the peppercorns
- the salt grinding mechanism, to grind dry salt crystals into a fine powder. Chambers individually transport the crystals to the grinding mechanism for consistent grinding results

The Paris collection includes various variants:

Paris U’Select - an evolution of the classic grinding mechanism, grind setting at the base, no adjustment of the grind setting during use or refilling
