Details

The Paris collection from the French manufacturer Peugeot is considered an icon among pepper and salt mills. A design proven over decades, characterized by its ergonomic shape and easy handling.

Inside the mills is the patented Peugeot grinding mechanism made of corrosion-resistant steel. Tuned specifically to the material to be ground, there are different grinding mechanisms:
- the two-stage pepper grinder, which first cuts peppercorns and then grinds them
- the salt grinder, to grind dry salt crystals into a fine powder. Chambers transport the crystals individually to the grinding mechanism for a consistent grinding result

The Paris collection includes various variants:
Paris Classic - classic grinding mechanism, grind setting via the head screw
Paris U’Select - development of the classic grinding mechanism, grind setting on the base, no change of the grind setting during use or filling
Paris Antique - handcrafted individual pieces with an antique finish & classic grinding mechanism
Paris Chef U’Select  - with U’Select grinding mechanism in brushed stainless steel, coppered or carbon-colored
Paris Icône U’Select - polished metal plate on the mill head for even easier filling of the mills, classic grinding mechanism
Paris Classic Nature - made from upcycled wood pieces from the original mill production, striking texture due to mechanical sandblasting, classic grinding mechanism
