Details

If you are looking for a high-quality pan for preparing omelettes and other egg dishes, the Riess Classic Nature Green omelette pan with a 20 cm diameter is just right for you. This pan was specially developed for cooking egg dishes, but is also excellent for many other frying tasks. The sidewalls are only slightly flared, which makes flipping and serving easier.

The pan is made of enameled steel with a rolled (beaded) rim and features a long handle. The interior is white, while the exterior is presented in an attractive Nature Green Dark. Thanks to its excellent heat conduction, the pan responds quickly to changes in heat input, allowing for precise cooking. It is heat-resistant up to 450°C, with the manufacturer's recommended operating temperature being 220°C.

The pore-free smooth enamel surface is hygienic, flavor-neutral, and resistant to cuts and scratches. In addition, the pan is suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction, glass-ceramic, electric, gas, and oven. Cleaning is easy because the surface is simple to wipe clean.

With the Riess Classic Nature Green omelette pan you can not only prepare perfect omelettes, but also other dishes such as scrambled eggs, fried eggs, or pancakes. Its thoughtful construction and appealing design make it an indispensable helper in your kitchen.
