Details

Your breakfast deserves the best – with the Riess Classic Pastel egg pan in Nile green you can effortlessly prepare omelets, fried eggs and other egg dishes. With a diameter of 22 cm it offers ample space for your culinary creations.

This pan is made of enameled steel and features a rolled rim that provides additional stability. The pore-free smooth surface is hygienic, flavor-neutral as well as cut- and scratch-resistant, guaranteeing a long service life. Thanks to the excellent heat conduction, the pan responds quickly to temperature changes and enables energy-saving cooking. It is suitable for all types of stoves, including induction, and withstands temperatures up to 450°C, with a recommended operating temperature of 220°C.

The combination of a cream-colored interior and a Nile-green exterior gives the pan a charming retro look reminiscent of the 1950s. Two side handles allow for secure handling and also make the pan attractive as a serving pan. In addition to egg dishes, it is excellent for preparing gratins or serving directly at the table.

Hand washing is recommended for care in order to preserve the enamel's shine. Avoid using wire brushes or scouring agents to prevent damaging the surface. With proper handling this pan will bring you long-lasting enjoyment and enrich your kitchen.
