With its slightly sloping sides and two side handles, the pan is comfortable to hold and easy to handle. The nonporous, smooth surface is hygienic, taste-neutral, and cut- and scratch-resistant, making cleaning a breeze. The pan is also heat-resistant up to 450°C, with a recommended operating temperature of 220°C for good results.
