This classic bundt pan is perfect for making marble bundt cake or similar cakes. It is made of enameled steel and features a turned rim, also known as a rolled edge. The pan is manufactured completely smooth and without seams, which makes cleaning easy. The non-porous smooth surface is hygienic, tasteless and resistant to cuts and scratches.

The Chocolate/Vanilla color scheme gives the pan an attractive design. The inside is chocolate-colored, while the outside combines chocolate and vanilla. This color combination comes from Riess's collaboration with the well-known TV chef and author Sarah Wiener and the design studio dottings. The Sarah Wiener Edition is characterized by traditional baking pans and kitchen utensils with a fresh look.

Thanks to the excellent heat conduction of the enameled steel, the pan responds quickly to changes in heat input and is heat-resistant up to 450° C. The manufacturer’s recommended operating temperature is 220° C. The pan is suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction, glass-ceramic, electric, gas and oven.
