Are you looking for a suitable lid for your Riess Nouvelle pots? The Riess Glass Lid C-Type with a 16 cm diameter is just the right choice. It has been specially developed for the regular series of the Nouvelle range and fits perfectly on pots in the colors Crystal Blue, Emerald, Arctic White, Coral, and Cappuccino. Please note that this lid is not suitable for the Nouvelle extra strong or Classic series.
Made from robust safety glass, the lid allows you to keep an eye on the cooking process at all times without having to lift it. An integrated steam vent ensures that excess steam can escape, preventing boiling over. The stainless steel ring that encloses the glass lid provides additional stability and durability.
Cleaning is extremely easy: Thanks to the smooth surface of the glass and stainless steel, food residues can be removed effortlessly. Additionally, the lid is taste-neutral, so the flavors of your dishes remain unaltered.
With a height of 6.5 cm, the lid offers ample space for various cooking methods. Its high-quality workmanship and thoughtful design make it an indispensable accessory in your kitchen.
