Rösle Warranty Terms
All RÖSLE products go through many stages of planning and testing from development to production readiness. Only high-quality materials and resources as well as the most modern methods of quality assurance are used in manufacturing and assembly. This is the only way we can ensure that RÖSLE customers receive the expected quality and that the products will bring you joy for many years.
If an item does not meet these requirements against expectations, RÖSLE offers a warranty of 20 years on the perfect function and workmanship of the item. Wear and tear that can occur with proper handling are excluded from the RÖSLE warranty.
The following products are limited to the statutory warranty unless otherwise advertised:
- - Wear parts, e.g., cleaning brushes, dish brushes
- - Textile items, e.g., aprons, pot holders
- - Electrical appliances, e.g., induction hobs, milk frothers, kitchen scales
- - Coated cookware, e.g., pans with non-stick coating, ceramic coated pans
- - Wood products, e.g., cutting boards, wooden handles
On RÖSLE grilling devices, you receive a RÖSLE warranty of up to 10 years:
- - Enamelled grill sphere and lid 10 years (against rust through and burn damage)
- - Grill and charcoal grates 2 years
- - All other parts 2 years
The prerequisite for this is that the item is assembled and used according to the accompanying instructions. RÖSLE reserves the right to request proof of purchase (therefore keep the invoice or receipt safe). If a claim arises, please contact the specialist dealer or seller from whom you purchased the product.
