Dieses Set besteht aus einem 27 cm Bräter mit 4,5 Litern Fassungsvermögen und einem Deckel, der gleichzeitig als Bratpfanne dient. Beide Teile sind aus hochwertigem Gusseisen gefertigt und verfügen über seitlich angeordnete Griffe für eine sichere Handhabung.
Die geraden Seitenwände des Bräters, abgerundet am Boden, ermöglichen eine gleichmäßige Hitzeverteilung. Die raue Oberfläche des Gusseisens schafft ein Luftpolster zwischen Gargut und Boden, was das Anhaften reduziert.
