The mill is excellent for a variety of dry spices such as pepper, cumin, and mustard seeds, as well as for dried herbs. Please note that it is not suitable for moist or fresh herbs, as this could affect the material properties. For cleaning, it is recommended to wash the mill by hand and dry it thoroughly to maintain the quality of the cast iron.
