Details
With the Skeppshult Traditional mini pancake pan you can cook seven small pancakes at once. The pan is made of sturdy cast iron, known for its excellent heat conduction and retention. This ensures evenly browned pancakes with crispy edges.
The ergonomic handle is made of solid oak and feels comfortable in the hand while staying cool even during extended use. However, note that due to the wooden handle the pan is not suitable for oven use or open flames.
The concave curvature of the base ensures the pan remains stable on the hob even when heated. It is suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction.
The natural non-stick surface is created by seasoning with high-quality organic rapeseed oil. With each use this patina improves, making frying easier and enhancing the flavor of your food.
For care, simply clean the pan after use with warm water and a brush. Avoid dish soap and the dishwasher to preserve the protective layer of fat. Dry the pan thoroughly and store it in a dry place.
With the Skeppshult Traditional mini pancake pan you can not only make delicious pancakes but also create omelettes or small blinis. It is a versatile tool for your kitchen that will give you years of enjoyment.
