Details
With the triangle aroma grater you can effortlessly transform fresh spices such as ginger, garlic, celery or wasabi into a fine puree. The sturdy nylon teeth of the grater ensure that the fibers of the ingredients are not cut but remain behind, so they do not end up in your dish. This delivers an intense aroma without unwanted bits.
After grating, you can lift the removable perforated stainless-steel plate to scrape the puree off the teeth. The puree can then be easily removed from the plate, minimizing product loss.
