Many of us from the Butch generation surely remember the cheese hedgehog that used to be the centerpiece of cold platters at parties and family gatherings. This admittedly simple form of "Food Art" is what we grew up with. Today, you can find true works of art created from food. As is often the case, a practical approach lies somewhere in the middle. With the tools from triangle tools, you can try your hand at arranging and decorating dishes with vegetable strips, fruit balls, or similar, and see if it's something you enjoy.
The "Basic" carving knife set provides a great introduction to the art of fruit and vegetable carving. The set includes three carving knives - M, A2, and E2 - with which you can easily learn the basic carving techniques. Since the quality of the tools used has a significant impact on the fun and success of carving, all triangle carving knives are made of hardened stainless steel and perfectly sharpened. The knife handles are made of non-slip material, ensuring safe work.
