With this attractively shaped ceramic jar from Zassenhaus, spices can be stored protected from light and safely preserving their aroma. A snug cork lid and the opaque body ensure this. Thanks to its practical dimensions – approx. 7 cm in diameter and 14.5 cm in height – the jar offers ample space, also for voluminous spice types such as dried herbs, seeds (e.g. cumin) or berries like pink pepper. The wide neck also allows comfortable filling.
Another plus is the matte, slightly rough surface of the spice jar: it can be labeled individually with chalk, and those markings can be easily wiped off when needed. This is especially practical when several jars are in use – it helps keep track and you always know what is in which jar.
