The Zwilling Pro skimmer makes removing excess fat or starch simple. Whether you lift Spätzle, vegetables, or fried items from the pot — this kitchen tool supports you reliably and protects against splattering.

Made from high-quality, rustproof 18/10 stainless steel, the skimmer impresses with its robustness and durability. The minimalist design by Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez integrates seamlessly into any modern kitchen and remains timelessly elegant even after years.

The ergonomically shaped handle fits comfortably in the hand and allows for fatigue-free work. Thanks to the generous loop on the handle, you can conveniently hang the skimmer on various hooks so it is always within reach.
