de Buyer Concept Corer – the universal multi-purpose corers
The de Buyer Concept Corers are corers. If you think that's all there is to it, we have to disappoint you this time. Of course, the Concept Corers are not just simple corers, that would be too easy.
Of course, with the Concept Corers you can also remove the core of, for example, apples and pears. Very well, in fact, because the finely serrated tube tip effortlessly penetrates the flesh. A small, foldable barb located at the end of the stainless steel tube helps you to cleanly remove the core.
It is precisely this barb that is the special extra feature of the Concept Corers. Thanks to this small part, you can also easily hollow out cucumbers, for example, to then fill them with delicious shrimp. A measuring scale on the outside of the tube helps you to find the right depth without piercing the vegetables or fruit.
The Concept Corers are offered in three different diameters:
yellow handle: ø 13 mm – 9 cm tube length
green handle: ø 20 mm – 11.2 cm tube length
red handle: ø 30 mm – 11.2 cm tube length
Destemming, hollowing out, stuffing, all no problem with the de Buyer Concept Corers.
