de Buyer Concept Corer – the Universal Multi-Purpose Corer
The de Buyer Concept Corers are corers. If you think that's all there is to it, we must unfortunately disappoint you this time. Because, of course, the Concept Corers are not just simple corers, that would be too easy.
Of course, you can also use the Concept Corers to remove the core from, for example, apples and pears. Very well, in fact, as the finely serrated tube tip effortlessly penetrates the fruit flesh. A small, foldable barb located at the end of the stainless steel tube helps you to cleanly remove the core.
This very barb is the special extra with the Concept Corers. Thanks to this small part, you can also easily hollow out, for example, cucumbers, to then fill them – for example – with delicious Büsum shrimps. A scale on the outside of the tube helps you find the right depth without piercing the vegetable or fruit.
The Concept Corers are offered in three different diameters:
yellow handle: ø 13 mm – 9 cm tube length
green handle: ø 20 mm – 11.2 cm tube length
red handle: ø 30 mm – 11.2 cm tube length
