Details
The triangular spatula from the de Buyer FKOfficium series features a lifting surface that is 8 cm wide and 12.5 cm long, made of polished stainless steel. The rust-free stainless steel is slightly flexible and slightly sharpened at the tip. Spatulas are versatile tools that you can use for lifting, spreading, and scraping. Due to the sharpened blade, the spatula is not suitable for non-stick coated pans.
The ergonomically shaped handle is made of polyamide reinforced with fiberglass. The carbon fiber texture of the handles ensures a secure grip, further supported by additional indentations for the thumb and fingers. With the hanging loop at the end of the handle, you can hang the spatula on a wall rail, for example, to keep it within easy reach.
