Details
The angled serving spatula from the de Buyer FKOfficium series features a 9 cm wide and 11.5 cm long, smooth lifting surface made of polished stainless steel. The stainless steel is slightly flexible, which makes lifting and turning easier. The slots allow excess liquid, such as oil, to drain off.
The ergonomically shaped handle made of polyamide is reinforced with fiberglass. The carbon fiber texture of the handles ensures a secure grip, which is further supported by the additional indentations for thumb and fingers. With the hanging loop at the end of the handle, you can hang the spatula on a wall rail, for example, to keep it within easy reach.
