Güde Damascus steel ham knife 21 cm - handle scales desert ironwood

The ham knife has a 21 cm long, narrow and thin blade made of over 300 layers of steel in a wild damascus style. It is slightly rounded at the tip. Güde knives are hand-forged from a single piece of steel, including the double bolster. This acts as a counterweight and balances the knife perfectly with the blade. Thanks to the ice-hardening process, the steel is particularly robust. The finely polished handle scales made of rare and very hard desert ironwood are embedded in the steel and triple-riveted.
