This knife holder is specially designed for knives with a tall blade and partial bolster, such as the Güde bread knife with a 32 cm blade or the Güde The Knife. Thanks to its sturdy construction and its own weight, the holder stands securely on the work surface and protects your knives from damage.

Please note that the knife holder is not suitable for knives with a narrow blade and a balance point in the handle area. Knives with a bolster only fit if the balance point is clearly in the blade area. The Güde chef’s knives with blade lengths of 21 cm and 26 cm are therefore not compatible.
