Details
The KAI Diamond Knife Sharpener corresponds to a fine 3000 grit. A steel plate has been coated with the finest diamond particles. The diamond sharpener is ideal for sharpening slightly dull knives with finely honed blades. Due to the material properties, there is less wear or material abrasion compared to conventional whetstones. The base is made of resin, and the non-slip stand is made of plastic.
