The KAI Select 100 kitchen scissors are a detachable all-purpose pair of scissors, perfect for countless tasks.
The scissor blades, made of 0.3 cm thick stainless steel, have a length of 9.3 cm. The narrow front blade is responsible for precise cuts, while the wider blade is designed for cutting through even tougher foods. A micro-serration applied to the blade holds the material firmly, thus supporting a clean cut. The wide handles made of elastomer can be gripped comfortably and securely. For easy cleaning, the kitchen scissors can be quickly and easily disassembled and just as quickly and easily reassembled.
