Details
The KAI Select 100 ginger grater includes two grating inserts. The coarser grater can be used to grate the finest ginger strips, for example. The very fine grater is suitable for wasabi, for instance. The grating surfaces, embedded in a body made of high-quality plastic, feature ultra-sharp blades made from a special, stainless steel. The lid also serves as a collection container and ensures a secure stand with a non-slip silicone ring.
