The KAI Select 100 mortar set consists of a porcelain mortar and a sturdy wooden pestle. The diameter of the mortar is 10.2 cm and the height is 6.2 cm.

The interior of the mortar is structured, making it easier to finely grind pepper and other spices. The mortar can be comfortably held with one hand during use. The shape of the pestle allows for comfortable yet firm handling.
