KASANE Messer vom japanischen Messermacher Katsushige Anryhu san sind wahre Meisterstücke. Er zählt zu den besten Messermacher in Japan. Jedes Messer wird ausschließlich von ihm Stück für Stück von Hand gefertigt. Dadurch ist die Produktion limitiert. Es kann vorkommen, dass du eventuell etwas auf dein neues Lieblingsstück warten muss, sollte es bei uns nicht vorrätig sein.
Die Klingen der Messer bestehen aus Blaupapierstahl, der besten Qualität unter den Kohlenstoffstählen. Der Kern wird mit Eisen ummantelt und erreicht einen Härtegrad von 63±1 HRC. Abgerundet wird das Messer von einem ergonomischen Griff, ganz klassisch aus Kirschholz.
