Extreme sharpness thanks to photo-etched blades
The black appearance of the Microplane Black Sheep series is due to a PVD coating, which not only looks cool but also provides high scratch resistance. In addition, these graters score points for their highest functionality: The razor-sharp, photo-etched blades finely cut through every grating material, instead of crushing it like cheap products. This preserves the texture of the food, and the aroma of the grated dishes comes into its own. The Black Sheep series includes five different blade variants: very coarse, coarse, fine, a two-way grater, and a zester grater. The wide grating surfaces and extremely sharp blades enable very energy-saving work. The non-slip rubber foot ensures the necessary stability.
Easy cleaning
Cleaning the Microplane Black Sheep graters is very easy: they are rinsed under running water or cleaned in the dishwasher. A reusable protective cover is included in the delivery, which allows for safe storage.
